Workshop Series
The LLLC Initiative offers hands-on workshops across Minnesota to accelerate the adoption of luminaire-level lighting controls. These training courses are designed to equip lighting professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position LLLCs as a high-value solution for customers.

NXT Level Training
NXT Level is an online training program for commercial lighting professionals who want to build skills in their ability to specific, sell, and install high quality lighting projects, including LLLCs. It offers Minnesota’s lighting community access to industry leading education that supports real world project success and helps professionals stay competitive in an evolving market.
Participants who complete Level 1 and Level 2 earn certifications and may qualify for continuing education credits.
